Conducted by AIM for Seva USA, under the GYLP (Global Youth Leadership programme),  Indian origin students from USA  travel to Manjakkudi and stay in the village for about a fortnight. Here they mingle with students and teach /learn with them from classes 6 to 9. This programme is designed to foster appreciation of each others’ opportunities to give and receive, and eventually become contributing members of society.

“It was wonderful to visit the Swami Dayananda AIM for Seva Chatralayam for Girls, Sembangudi, Tamil Nadu, and see the vision of Pujya Swamiji being constructed and supported for the needy section of society.

It was great to meet the girls and hear them speak and bond well. This is a great programme that is destined to change people’s lives and I am humbled to be part of this programme.

Everyone here should feel proud of the work done on ground. Wishing you all the very best.”
